Take that

I went and bought that pair of black skinny jeans from Mango that I had in mind. They're one size smaller than what I usually buy, as is the grey knitted sweater that I bought from Zara! This sort of things always make me feel better. The grey sweater is actually exactly the same as the black one that I bought maybe a month ago, only the black one is 2 sizes bigger... I know it's weird, but they both fit me. Miracles still do happen, apparently.

Saw some amazingly pretty and girly shoes at Office Shoes - they're black and sparkly, and the heel is about 7-8 cm tall. AND they cost only about 37 euros. I had to go through every OS shop in Belgrade and found the right size at the last shop. I was sort of out of money by the time I found the right shoes (spent about 100 euros yesterday on clothes and Tinkku's Christmas present - though I did donate some money to the organisation that takes care of stray dogs) so I asked them to put the shoes aside for me 'till Monday. I'm so going to get them, especially now that I decided not to buy a new dress for New Year's Eve.

I think yesterday's mid-term exam went well, even if it turned out we don't have any a/b/c questions. I managed to remember most of the things (right, I guess?) so I'm hoping for the best. It was just a bit difficult when after thinking of the questions over and over all those latin names started mixing in my head, and I just couldn't remember what Pinus pinea (Italian stone pine) requires from the soil and climate and that sort of stuff. All I remembered was that its seeds can be used as an aphrodisiac. Sigh. You have no idea how much I hope that I pass that exam - then I could break the news to my oh-so-annoying brother who thinks I'm not studying at all. I really really hope that I pass. Just to see his face.
